Minimum Order Requirements

All products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 30 units unless otherwise specified. Quotes are provided based on order volume and customization requirements.

Quotation and Pricing

All pricing is volume-based and provided upon request. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on customization complexity, fabric selection, and delivery requirements.

Production and Delivery

Standard production time is 7-14 business days after design approval and payment confirmation. Rush production is available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs clearance.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there are manufacturing defects or issues with customization work, we will replace the affected items at no charge. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual quotes. Standard terms require 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% before shipment. Flexible payment terms are available for qualified institutional clients.
